What we're looking for
Someone reliable, who treats people like adults and turns up when they said they would. Experience helps but it isn't the first thing we check — we'd rather train the right person than inherit the wrong habits.
You'll need an enhanced DBS check, which we'll arrange and pay for, the right to work in the UK, and two references. A driving licence and your own car help a lot, though not every round needs one.
We're starting out. There's no established rota yet, and the first few months will be building one. If you want something predictable from day one, we're not there yet. If you want to be part of building it, we'd like to hear from you.
