What care costs
We'd rather quote you properly than print a number that turns out to be wrong.
What you pay depends on how long our carers are with you, how often they come, and what kind of help you need. Care at eight on a Sunday morning costs more than care at eleven on a Tuesday. A visit needing two carers costs more than one.
Call us, tell us roughly what's needed, and we'll give you a figure on the phone — not after an assessment, not after a home visit. If it's more than you can manage, we'll say so and point you somewhere that can help.
You won't pay for our visit to plan the care, and nothing starts until you've seen the cost written down and agreed to it.

Three ways people pay us
Privately
You arrange the care with us and we invoice you directly.
Through a direct payment
Your council has assessed you and gives you the money to buy your own care. You choose us, and we invoice you or whoever manages the account.
Council-funded
Your council arranges and pays for the care. Ask them whether Brume is on their list, or call us and we'll check for you.
